Cancellations
Your appointment is important to our team. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes. Should you cancel more than twice, you will be charged for the visit.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
CONFIRMATION Phone calls
As a courtesy, we will call you the day before to confirm your service appointments. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Tardiness
We have a fifteen (15) minutes lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond fifteen (15) minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment.
